They understand my busy work schedule changing a lot, or even my forgetfulness! They remain helpful and very pleasant! I have had the most amazing experiences at Blue Paw Pet Spa for our dog, Chewie. He is a challenge, but Kacy and her... team have worked wonders to help us find success for Chewie and his grooming needs. The entire Blue Paw team is fantastic! They are kind and compassionate to the animals they serve as well as professional and friendly to their clients. Scheduling in advance is a breeze and Kacy works diligently to ensure each animal is taken care of as her schedule allows. She responds in a timely manner and goes above and beyond! If you struggle to get a quick appointment as a new client, be patient… Each appointment is well worth the wait. We have taken our Australian Shepherd to Blue Paw for quite a while. Our pup has some anxiety issues around other dogs... and not only do they accommodate that, but it's literally the only place where our dog feels comfortable around other dogs. She always comes back looking and feeling great. Love the pictures and extra love they put into their work. I cannot recommend them enough.read more

We absolutely love the team at Blue Paw! Everyone there treats our dogs like family, and they always do an incredible... job with our dogs! The pricing is more than fair for the incredible service (and sometimes, honestly, I think they should charge more! We'd still go if they did, they're that awesome with our 5 large dogs.) 10/10 would (and DO) recommend Blue Paw Pet Spa for your furry babies.read more

Wonderful place. Took my senior dog for the first time today. The girls were so nice and my dog looked adorable. I... loved that when you come to your appointment, they work on your dog right away instead of tucking them away in a cage until it's their turn. They take a cute pic of them as well for their Facebook page. Can't recommend them enough.read more

I've been taking my Toller Retriever to Blue Paw Pet Spa for over 2 years. Zoey looks forward to going there, getting... baths, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, etc every 6-8 weeks. I have nothing but praise for Kacy and the gang there and Zoey loves the pampering.. They deserve 10 stars if it was possible.read more

I’m so glad I found Kacy & Blue Paw Pet Spa. Everyone there is an animal lover and it shows in the care they take with... your pet. My dogs used to be afraid to go to our last groomers, but here they aren’t afraid at all. Kacy & crew are amazing with ours and when we’re there we see that same energy extends to all their clients. They are careful about staging out so people are separate when dropping off & picking up pets to avoid incidents as dogs aren’t all friendly with others. She even has our Woofie’s picture on the rainbow bridge wall in the hallway for their clients who have crossed over. It was emotional seeing that but I’m so grateful to still be able to see his photo every month when I bring my other senior dogs. Your pets will be well taken care of here, so if you’re looking for a new groomer for your dog or cat this is a great choice.read more

Everyone at Blue Paw truly love what they do, and it shows in every detail of the experience. I have two old men... schnauzers that are anxious and cranky, and they always have the best love and care. I also have a little frisky Yorkie that can be a handful, and he loves his trip to the salon to hang out with his buddies. When you love your animals like family, you only want to trust their care with the best people that will love and treat them like family also. Everyone at Blue Paw fits this bill. I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and I HIGHLY recommend them. They treat your animals like their animals. With... love, and compassion. Last time I went, I recently lost one of my beloved dogs, and when I brought the other animals in. The owner Kacy, informed me that she made a memorial wall for all of the animals that they’ve grown attached to as well over the last 8 ish years while grooming. Such a heartfelt and overwhelming experience to see our pet memorialized by someone who truly gets the love and affection of animals. She and her staff have always been informative and supportive of my animals, and I am proud to recommend anyone and everyone to Blue Paw Pet Spa. There simply isn’t a better choice.read more

Goldendoodle, thick wavy hair. Maybe a few mats but nothing that warranted the shaving to the skin that she got. Tail... shaved half of the length of it. Feet poodled. Cannot sit down without jumping up and trying to sit again. Maybe a little overkill on the butt. Will not take her back or recommend to anyone else with a doodle. Would have appreciated a heads up phone call before doing this to her. Short would have been acceptable but shaved was not.read more

My dog doesn't like his paws touched so we have to have him sedated for nail trims. I heard that Blue Paw Pet Spa has... worked with difficult animals in the past with success so I decided to try it. Kacy and her helper were very patient with my dog and successfully trimmed his nails!!read more

We needed a new groomer for a while now. And our oldest dog is hesitant of groomers. We walked right in the door and... Kacy loved up on our dogs and our dogs to a liking to her instantly. She is like Dr. Dolittle!! Prices are great! She went thru the options, sanitization guide lines, and had a nice visual chart of how long I wanted the hair length. She did an amazing job on our two dogs. She even took cute pictures, and texted them to us. Highly recommend Blue Paw Pet Spa.read more
